Administrative organization of the District of Rwamagana

In accordance with the law N0 08/2006 of the 24/02/2006 carrying Organization and
Working of the District, the District of Rwamagana is an entity
administrative autonomous endowed of the legal personality and the autonomy
administrative and financial. He/it is subdivided in sectors that are subdivided in
cells that, on their turn, are subdivided in villages.

The District of Rwamagana has the following assignments:

- To set in motion the politics of the state;
- To help the and to help the Sectors to help the of quality;
- To establish, to Coordinate and to set in motion the programs of development;
- To promote solidarity and cooperation with other Districts.

On the political plan, the administration of the District is assured by the Council of the
District, the Ministerial Committee and the Committee of security. On the technical plan, these,
organs are supported by the Ministerial Secretariat and the Committee of Development of the District.
