The Communication

The district of Rwamagana is endowed with the lines of telephones stationary intenses,the antennas of MTN permitting to use the cell phones. Also, the network for the telephones mobile it doesn't cover the totality of the district. It constitutes a brake to the ICT. That last is not developed, 2 cyber coffee publics and 7 lines of internet in the institutions show that the users are not numerous.
The broadcasts of radio and television national and other private radios are very well
captured even though the number of televisions is weak compared to the stations radio.

Mines and careers

The District of Rwamagana (in the ex. Muhazi) is rich in precious stones:
Cassitérite, Colombotantarité and Wolfram. They are exploited by the State control of the
Mines of Rwanda (REDEMI) and are exported toward Europe.

Energy and Electricity

The main sources of energy used for cooking are: Electricity, gas,
oil, wood of fire-chamber, coal of wood and plant materials. Coal of
wood is the source of energy the more used in cooking. This use is
among the direct reasons of the deterioration of the environment in the country.
